Graphic Designer (Social Media & Video)

Job Description

Bring our preschool’s warm, playful spirit to life on Instagram and Facebook. You’ll design posts, stories, and reels, edit short videos, and turn everyday classroom moments into engaging content that parents love.

Key Responsibilities

• Design on-brand posts, stories, and reel covers; build reusable templates.
• Edit short videos (Reels/Stories); simple motion graphics are a plus.
• Capture light photo/video on campus (with consent) and convert to content.
• Plan a weekly content calendar with admissions/events/classroom themes.
• Maintain a consistent look & tone in Arabic and English.
• Organize assets and follow child-safeguarding/consent guidelines.
  
  

Must-Haves

• Strong portfolio of social designs + at least 2 short-form video edits.
• Excellent Arabic & English typography/layout.
• Tools: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop + a video editor (Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut).
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented; comfortable working on-site at a preschool in Kuwait.

• After Effects/motion basics, illustration, or photography.
  
  

Success In 90 Days

• A cohesive template kit (posts, stories, stickers).
• A steady rhythm of weekly posts/stories and 2–3 quality reels.
