About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our high-performing content and marketing team at Xylem Learning. This role plays a pivotal part in designing engaging and visually appealing educational and promotional materials tailored for SSC (Staff Selection Commission) aspirants. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences while enhancing our digital presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Design for SSC Programs

• Create high-quality visual assets for SSC content, including:
• Workbooks
• Course materials
• Practice tests
• Infographics
• eBooks and visual study aids
• Ensure all educational materials align with academic standards and the brand’s visual language.

2. Marketing & Promotional Design

• Develop digital marketing creatives for:
• Social media platforms
• Paid ad campaigns
• Email newsletters
• Digital banners and website assets
• Design print collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers, and event branding materials.

3. Collaborative Design Execution

• Work closely with subject matter experts, content developers, and video production teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
• Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints, including educational and promotional content.
• Adapt visuals for various formats — print, mobile, web, and video — while preserving design quality.

4. Brand Alignment

• Uphold and evolve Xylem Learning’s design language across all SSC content and campaigns.
• Ensure every asset is visually appealing, educationally effective, and brand-compliant.

5. Project Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Maintain an organized workflow and manage revisions and approvals efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile – Ideal Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on design experience in an educational or marketing-focused environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing past work in educational design or promotional campaigns.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong eye for detail and composition.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate academic or marketing briefs into visual content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
