Program Overview

Goody is offering a development-focused opportunity under the Tamheer Program for high-potential graduates to join our Operations team as a Graphic Designer .

The tasks are mainly related to Goody Artwork Management that includes:

1. Artwork Development & Design

• Support the creation and adaptation of packaging artworks using Adobe Illustrator (primary) and Photoshop (basic).
• Arrange and format artwork elements (text, layout, visuals) in line with provided guidelines and project requirements.
• Modify existing artworks based on feedback from internal teams or agencies.

2. Back-of-Pack (BOP) Preparation

• Prepare Back-of-Pack (BOP) information based on product specifications and provided data.
• Ensure accurate placement and formatting of product information within the artwork layout.

3. Packaging & Technical Coordination

• Work with provided dielines/keylines and ensure correct artwork fitting.
• Understand basic packaging materials and printing limitations (with guidance).
• Support selection and adjustment of colors suitable for printing processes.

4. Artwork Review & Quality Checks

• Review artworks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with brief requirements.
• Support internal reviews by incorporating feedback and making required revisions.

5. Proofing & Printing Process

• Review digital and print proofs and highlight any issues or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate minor corrections before final artwork approval and printing.

6. Barcode Generation & Integration

• Generate and place barcodes correctly within artworks as per requirements.

7. System Upload & Approval Process

• Upload artwork files into internal systems for review and approval.
• Track feedback and ensure timely updates and resubmissions.

8. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and external design agencies to ensure timely delivery of artwork.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously under supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
