 Job Overview:
 
 
 
 To manage and execute contract administration and support administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance within the constraints of corporate policy and fast-paced FMCG environments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and amend contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the full contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, renewals, amendments, and termination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update a centralized contract database with accurate tracking of deadlines, obligations, and key milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support negotiations with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with legal, procurement, and business units to align contract terms with operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve contractual disputes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain an efficient archiving system for physical and digital contracts to meet audit and compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve contract management processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all contracts and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee updates and enhancements to ERP or contract management systems to meet operational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage legal correspondence, supplier onboarding documentation, and internal approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver periodic reports on contract status, KPIs, and risk areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and manage department agendas, meeting schedules, and internal communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as document controller to consolidate and standardize all templates, forms, and administrative records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent and controlled execution of daily tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a high-performance work environment and actively promote company values.
 </li>

 Minimum Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1 &ndash; 2 years of relevant experience in contract management or admin roles, preferably in FMCG or similar high-velocity sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
