 Job Overview:
 
 
 
 To develop, execute, and coordinate sales activities within assigned Key Accounts to achieve the strategic goals of the channel, contribute to overall Retail sales targets, and ensure alignment with the Company&rsquo;s strategies. This role spans three levels&mdash;Assistant Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Senior Key Account Manager&mdash;and reports to either the RSM or the National Account Senior Manager, depending on the account being managed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned Key Accounts as per the Company&rsquo;s policies and objectives, ensuring alignment with role-level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet monthly collection targets for assigned accounts, ensuring no outstanding amounts beyond agreed payment terms, as per the company&rsquo;s collection policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit accurate reconciliation reports, including annual reconciliations, ensuring compliance with policies and up-to-date figures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets by customer and category group, aligned with the channel&rsquo;s share of overall sales targets and Company strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a comprehensive coverage plan to ensure 100% customer reach and meet distribution targets across assigned accounts and regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead or support (based on role level) the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts and Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with assigned customers, achieving optimal terms and full implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal departments, including Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to enhance channel operations and drive sales growth within assigned Key Accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage customer-specific budgets and forecasts, ensuring sales goals and profit objectives are achieved for the assigned Key Accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct investigations and provide actionable recommendations in cases of operational challenges or incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and recommend account-specific goals to align with regional and channel targets.
 
 <ul>

 Collaborate in the development and execution of the Division&rsquo;s ABCs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with other Functions' leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop plans for respective functions/teams, providing inputs that align with and support the Division&rsquo;s goals and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Delegate tactical responsibilities to emerging leaders within the Division, enhancing succession planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure goal achievement and take corrective actions when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set clear performance objectives, offer necessary support, and regularly evaluate and provide feedback to direct reports for continuous development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create opportunities for team members to contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the budgeting cycle and proactively contribute to the budgeting process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage departments effectively within budget, providing accurate reports on progress and challenges encountered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate strategies that drive positive financial impact while mitigating financial and operational risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent and controlled execution of daily tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a high-performance work environment and actively promote company values.

 Minimum Requirements:

 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field is required.
