Job Overview:

To lead and coordinate outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within warehouse capacity and operational constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety, and security guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller for investigation.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs, ensuring transparency and operational insights.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and ensure continuous development.
• Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Diploma is required, Bachelor's is preferred
