Graphic Designer (Technical Proposals)

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong experience in developing technical proposals and bid submissions for consulting companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proven experience supporting technical proposals, tenders, and presentations for consulting or engineering companies
• Strong expertise in: PowerPoint (PPT), Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/ InDesign and other graphic design applications
• Middle East project experience is mandatory
• Ability to create visually compelling proposal documents, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and proposal formatting standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience working with engineering, architecture, PMC, or construction consultancy firms
• Knowledge of bid submission requirements and proposal coordination processes
