Graphic Designer-Textile Related

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong background in the textile industry, who is highly skilled in developing Tech Packs and understands the complete product development cycle from concept to production. You’ll play a key role in transforming creative ideas into production-ready assets for Garments, or accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original prints, patterns, and graphics for textiles and/or garments
• Create detailed, manufacturer-ready Tech Packs, including:
• Flat sketches
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Trim & label details
• Measurement specs
• Colorways and print placements
• Collaborate with product developers, merchandisers, and sourcing teams to ensure accuracy in production
• Maintain design libraries, color standards, and seasonal updates
• Stay updated with industry trends, fabric innovations, and market needs
• Review strike-offs, lab dips, and samples for design accuracy
• Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and concept decks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in textile/fashion/apparel industry (experience with manufacturers is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Tech Pack development
• Understanding of fabric types, repeat patterns, color theory, and garment construction
• Excellent attention to detail, file organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with PLM systems and CAD tools is a plus (e.g., CLO 3D, Lectra, etc.)
