Role Overview:

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Reels Editor who's not only strong in design and editing, but also comfortable communicating directly with clients. You'll play a key role in creating engaging content for social media, designing static and animated assets, and collaborating closely with our account managers and clients to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

Design & Editing:

• Create scroll-stopping designs for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos using raw footage, stock, or animations
• Design brand assets like logos, posts, carousels, ads, thumbnails, and presentation decks
• Maintain visual consistency across brand materials
  
  
  

Client Interaction:

• Join client meetings or calls (virtually) to take briefs and present concepts
• Understand brand tone and translate it visually
• Accept and incorporate feedback directly from clients professionally and efficiently
  
  
  

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative lead and account managers
• Propose creative ideas and stay updated with social and design trends
• Meet project deadlines and manage revisions efficiently
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent)
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or mobile-friendly editing tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Comfort in working independently and remotely
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client feedback loops
  
  
  

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Animation/motion graphics experience
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Ability to ideate and script reels
