Graphic Designer CooperSurgical Inc. On Site: Trumbull, CT Scope: We are seeking a multi-talented Designer to bring brand stories to life through compelling design and engagement video content. This role combines strong graphic capabilities with hands-on experience in video editing and basic motion graphics.

Experience:

  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or related filed in both B2B and B2C industries
  • Experience within regulated industry (medical, healthcare, pharma) a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma and Creative Suite
  • Experience with video editing tools strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with motion design and special effects preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Must be flexible, solution-forward and easily shift between static and dynamic content

Job Summary:

You will collaborate across teams to develop digital assets, campaign visuals, trade show collaterals and short form videos that drive engagement and elevate our visual identify across channels.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Create visually compelling assets for digital and print, including campaigns graphics, social media visuals, emails and presentations as well as tradeshow material.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while ensuring creative innovation and storytelling across all design output
  • Edit basic video content for a variety of channels, including social media, web, tradeshows and internal comms.
  • Apply basic motion design techniques and visual effects to enhance content
  • Translate campaign strategies and creative briefs into engagement visual content
  • Support multiple brands and business units with adaptable design solutions that meet specific goals
  • Maintain organized design files, templates and video libraries
  • Prepare assets for various platforms and specs.
