Job Overview:
Sky View Real Estate is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence, support property marketing campaigns, and communicate our value to clients across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, property listings, banners, and signage
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Edit and retouch property images to enhance visual appeal
• Design presentations and pitch decks for client meetings
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong communication and time management skills
