Graphics Designer

Role Purpose


The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing team by producing high-quality, conversion-driven visual content for social media, campaigns, and business development initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, supporting client acquisition, and delivering localized marketing materials across the MENA region.


Success in this role will be measured by the volume and quality of content delivered on a weekly basis, the engagement performance of visual assets across digital platforms, the utilisation rate of materials by Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Introducing Brokers (IBs), and the ability to meet fast turnaround times for design requests in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Content Design

  • Create daily visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and X
  • Design posts, banners, stories, and thumbnails aligned with EC Markets brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms

Campaign & Promotional Materials

  • Design marketing assets for campaigns, including deposit bonuses, trading competitions, and referral programs
  • Ensure all materials include clear messaging and strong call-to-action (CTA)
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats, channels, and audience segments

BDM & IB Support

  • Provide customized promotional materials for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
  • Produce localized content tailored to different countries and target audiences
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within tight turnaround times

Video & Motion Content (Preferred)

  • Create short-form video content for social media (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
  • Develop simple animations and motion graphics where required
  • Support video-driven marketing campaigns

Brand Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize brand assets, including templates, logos, and design files
  • Develop reusable templates to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and standards


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs quickly
  • Experience with Figma


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in financial services, trading, or crypto industry
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing and conversion-focused design
