Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile professional who can handle graphic design, videography, and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling content across digital platforms, including social media short-form videos, YouTube content, promotional campaigns, and brand marketing materials.

This role requires someone who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos, as well as create impactful static designs that strengthen DRHC’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design
• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and campaigns
• Develop creative designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Support marketing campaigns with high-quality visual assets
• Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms
• Videography & Video Production
• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Capture clinic activities, patient education content, and promotional videos (as per guidelines)
• Set up lighting, framing, and basic on-site video production when required
• Work closely with doctors and marketing team for content creation
• Video Editing
• Edit and produce professional videos for:
• Instagram Reels / TikTok / Shorts (short-form content)
• YouTube videos (long-form educational and promotional content)
• Advertising campaigns and internal communications
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and branding elements
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns
• Contribute to content planning and storytelling strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
• Technical Skills
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Lightroom (optional but preferred)

Key Skills:

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and creativity
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Experience in shooting and editing social media content
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills (advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, medical, or corporate environments
• Knowledge of social media trends and content performance strategies
• Photography and on-site video shooting experience
• Ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Fluent in English,Hindi & Arabic is an advantage
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai Healthcare City

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
