Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy:Gather user requirements, analyze user behavior, and conduct usability testing to inform design decisions and develop user-centered experiences.
• Design Conceptualization:Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize information architecture and user journeys.
• Graphic & UI Design:Design original graphic elements (e.g., images, logos, icons) and user interface components like menus, tabs, and navigation buttons for digital platforms.
• Prototyping:Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate how sites and applications will function and to gain user feedback before development.
• Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design vision and align with business goals.
• Brand Consistency:Adhere to and help define brand standards for typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity across all digital channels.
• Troubleshooting & Iteration:Identify and resolve usability issues and make layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing results.
• Staying Current:Keep abreast of the latest design tools, techniques, and industry trends to enhance skills and product quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
