Graphic Designer UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer + UI/UX Designer (Hybrid Role), based in Hyderabad or remote.

The role involves creating brand identity assets such as logos, typography systems, colour palettes, Instagram creatives, YouTube thumbnails, ad banners and reusable social templates. You will also handle UI/UX design for websites and landing pages using Figma, including wireframes, high-fidelity layouts and responsive versions for mobile, tablet and desktop.

You are expected to build organised component systems for developer handoff, maintain structure in spacing, fonts and alignment, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Daily collaboration with content strategists and video editors is required to maintain a consistent visual language between static and motion design.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory. A clear understanding of typography, grid-based layouts, spacing logic and colour theory is essential. You must be comfortable working with modern Western design styles clean, minimal, bold while adapting to Indian audience sensibilities when needed.

Fast execution without compromising clarity, openness to feedback and disciplined file organisation are critical expectations. Bonus skills include basic motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro) or familiarity with no-code web tools like Webflow or Wix Studio.

Performance will be evaluated based on consistency across deliverables, clarity of UI/UX for development teams, revision turnaround speed and campaign design effectiveness.
