Role Summary (1–2 lines)

We’re hiring an On-site Graphic Designer with UI/UX skills and strong Figma experience. You’ll design engaging digital assets and user interfaces, own visual consistency across channels, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to turn ideas into usable, beautiful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging digital graphics for websites, social media, campaigns and presentations.
• Design UI screens, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web and mobile flows.
• Translate UX requirements into clean interfaces, design systems, components and responsive layouts.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints and produce reusable templates/components.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to align visuals with strategy and feasibility.
• Prepare final assets for web/dev (proper exports, SVGs, PNG/JPEG optimization, spec handoffs).
• Write concise microcopy and image alt text to support accessibility and SEO.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years professional experience in graphic/UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing web and UI work.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) — must. Indeed
• Solid skills with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; familiarity with responsive design and web asset export.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, wireframes, interaction design and usability.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility and SEO-friendly visual content (image alt text, file naming, responsive export).
• Excellent communication, time management and collaborative mindset.
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, HCI or related field preferred but not required.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Basic HTML/CSS awareness (to better collaborate with developers).
• Any experience with user testing, analytics (heatmaps) or conversion-focused design.
