Graphic Designer (UI/UX, Website & Application)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve usability and overall experience.
• Optimize existing interfaces and design elements based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across devices and platforms.
• Prepare design assets, style guides, and documentation for development teams.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, modern design patterns, and emerging trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first layouts.
• Ability to create prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Knowledge of website and mobile application design standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
