PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Daily Tasks Creative Development & Design Execution
- Create And Deliver Daily Graphics, Reels, Videos, And Motion Assets As Per Brand
Guidelines.
Execute Daily Video Editing Tasks
- Edit Raw Footage, Apply Transitions, Add Captions, And Finalize Exports.
Coordinate With Content & Marketing Teams
- Align Daily Creative Tasks With Briefs, Content Plans, And Urgent Requirements.
Review & Refine Creative Concepts
- Conduct Quality Checks, Ensure Brand Consistency, And Make Required Revisions.
Manage Daily Creative Pipeline
- Prioritize Tasks, Update Project Boards, And Ensure Timely Delivery.
Maintain Brand Guidelines Implementation
- Ensure Every Design Asset Follows Visual Identity Standards.

Participate In Weekly Brainstorm Sessions
- Collaborate With Creative, Social Media, And Marketing Teams For New Ideas.
Maintain Weekly Asset Library
- Organize Project Files, Templates, And Raw Footage In Structured Folders.

JOB SPECIFICATION for Sr. Designer (Graphics & Video)
1. Position Details
● Job Title: Sr. Designer (Graphic & Video)
● Reporting To: Chief Administrative Officer
● Location: Vapi - Head Office
● Department: Digital Marketing
2. Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Mass Media, or Related Field.
● Advanced Certifications in Motion Graphics, UI/UX, or Video Editing (Preferred But Not
Mandatory).
3. Work Experience
● 2–3 Years of Experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing.
● Strong Portfolio Showcasing Static, Motion & Video Projects.
● Proven Experience in Social Media, Digital Campaign Creatives, and Brand Design.
4. Technical Skills
● Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
● Knowledge of Figma, Canva, and Other Design Software.
● Strong Sense of Typography, Layout, Color Theory & Visual Hierarchy.
● Proficiency in Motion Graphics, Transitions & Basic Animation.
● Understanding of Social Media Formats, Trends & Design Requirements.
● Ability to Work on Long-Form Videos, Reels, Explainer Videos & Brand Films.
