Role Summary

You will lead all visual communication for Tidal—designs, videos, motion graphics, product visuals, and marketing creatives. Your mission is to simplify ERP modules, workflows, and dashboards into visuals that decision-makers can instantly understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Design all static marketing materials: social media posts, banners, landing page visuals, brochures, one-pagers, and ad creatives.

- Create UI/UX designs and mockups, system diagrams, and product visuals explaining ERP modules and business workflows.

- Produce and edit videos: product demos, explainers, feature highlights, testimonials, and event recaps.

- Develop 2D motion graphics for software modules, dashboards, and system integrations.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical information into simple, engaging visuals.

- Maintain organized libraries of templates, assets, raw footage, icons, and design files.

Requirements

- 2:5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics (preferably in tech, software, or SaaS).

- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

- Understanding of UI elements, workflows, and software demonstrations.

- Ability to simplify technical content and communicate visually with clarity.

- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to handle multiple briefs at once.
