Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, client projects, and internal branding.
- Create and edit engaging video content, including promotional videos, social media reels, advertisements, and corporate videos.
- Develop brand visuals, including logos, brand identity elements, and design systems, that align with project goals.
- Create high-quality social media designs, including posts, carousels, infographics, and ad creatives.
- Edit videos with attention to pacing, sound design, and storytelling to maximize viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and project management teams to ensure creative alignment across all visuals and videos.
- Stay updated on design and video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creative output.
- Manage multiple design and video projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for design work.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing.
- A portfolio showcasing both design work (branding, social media, promotional materials) and video projects (ads, reels, corporate videos).
- Understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and editing principles.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
