Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Asset Development: Design and produce high-quality static creatives, carousels, and videos for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos, including product demos, testimonials, explainer videos, and promotional content.
  • Platform-Specific Content: Tailor content formats for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain uniformity in visual aesthetics and messaging across all creative materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Required Skills

  • Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Platforms.
  • Video Editing Software: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven design and video editing tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a performance marketing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
