UAE Real Estate-Hiring for Graphic Designer and Video Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in video editing, creating static posts, and managing social media platforms, particularly using Meta Business Suite. This role involves content creation aimed at boosting engagement, shooting and editing videos related to real estate, and managing day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms, especially focusing on real estate content.
• Create engaging static posts and graphics to complement video content.
• Manage and schedule content through Meta Business Suite, ensuring consistent and strategic posting.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow followers.
• Shoot and produce video content on-site for real estate listings, events, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall brand strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user-friendly editing and design tools such as CapCut and Canva (or similar software).
• Strong graphic design skills for creating static posts.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.
• Experience in shooting and producing real estate videos is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the real estate industry and related marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Additional Plus:

• Prior experience or knowledge of real estate marketing and content creation.
• Experience in video editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Is a plus
