Job Description:

• Shape and drive the overarching video and social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Partner with the Marketing team to deliver audience-centric narratives that elevate brand storytelling.
• Execution of video projects from concept to delivery.
• Build episodic content franchises and always-on content formats.
• Spot and translate cultural trends, memes, and emerging formats into content opportunities.
• Manage content calendars and production workflows for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative, Performance, and Marketing teams to integrate video into campaign planning.
• Analyse content performance and apply insights to optimise future work.
• Champion innovation in visual storytelling, experimenting with new techniques and formats.

Maintain and optimise production equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a video editor, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, including capturing footage, editing, color grading, and exporting
• Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and other post-production techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take creative direction
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects
• Passion for creating engaging, visually appealing video content.

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Work Timings: 9AM - 5PM
• Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
• Work Mode: Onsite
