We are a dynamic professional services and media team working on exciting projects that combine business, technology, and storytelling. Our work includes podcasts, social media campaigns, thought leadership content, and digital marketing for both Indian and international audiences.

We are looking for a creative, motivated entry-level professional to join our team in Chennai to support video editing and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit short and long-form videos for YouTube, podcasts, webinars, and social media platforms.
• Brand Content Design: Create eye-catching digital assets such as intros/outros, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn banners, flyers, and infographics.
• Social Media Assets: Adapt and repurpose content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) with platform-specific designs.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
• File Management: Maintain organized media libraries of images, audio, and video files.
• Creativity: Contribute fresh ideas to improve audience engagement through design and storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field (freshers welcome).
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animations is a plus.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and branding.
• Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback positively, and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with audio editing (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar).
• Knowledge of YouTube/social media content trends.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
