Lama Rateb Marketing is hiring a Full-Time Digital Designer & Video Editor to join our creative marketing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Position: Creative Digital Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented designer with a sharp eye for detail — someone who can transform marketing concepts into powerful visuals and engaging short-form videos that reflect the brand’s identity and align with the latest 2025 social media trends.
Preference will be given to candidates under a valid secondment contract, in accordance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality social media designs (posts, carousels, and campaign visuals).
• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels / TikTok).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative visual concepts.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong creative sense and meticulous attention to visual details.
• Based in Abu Dhabi (preferred).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
