About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and producing compelling videos that communicate our brand message across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, banners, infographics, presentations, and event collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency in all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing creatives for campaigns and advertisements.
• Develop layouts for web, print, and digital platforms according to brand guidelines.

Video Editing

• Edit and produce promotional, educational, and social media videos using raw footage and creative direction.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with content creators, presenters, and marketing teams to conceptualize video ideas and storyboards.
• Manage all aspects of post-production — color correction, sound design, and export optimization for multiple platforms.
• Stay updated with current trends, formats, and best practices in video and visual content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. (Freshers can also apply)
• Proficiency in design and editing software, including:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• (Bonus): Canva, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in social media content creation and campaign visuals.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, video formats, and platform specifications.
• Photography or videography experience is an added advantage.
