Core Design Responsibilities
- Design engaging, high‑impact graphics for social media campaigns, digital content, and advertising.
- Create a wide range of branding assets and marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, annual reports, presentations, and event materials.
- Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., printers, fabricators) to ensure high‑quality execution of designs.
- Adapt designs for various formats and platforms while maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Content Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop visuals for brochures, newsletters, social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative ideas and visual strategies.
- Plan proactively around school calendars, events, and campaigns, ensuring timely design deliverables.
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all visuals consistently reflect the institution’s identity, values, and inclusive culture.
- Contribute to shaping and refining the visual identity through thoughtful, high‑impact design.
- Ensure that all produced materials—digital and print—meet established quality and style standards.
Technical & Administrative Tasks
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, backups, and archives.
- Prepare and manage design documentation and metadata for easy retrieval.
- Support with basic photography or videography needs when required, including scouting and preparing on‑site locations for shoots.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, color grading, and tone across all projects.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize video campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and designers to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to plan video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Adapt content for various digital formats (Reels, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Technical & Administrative Tasks
- Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and backups.
- Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
