Graphic Designer & Video Editor

A video editor's job description involves transforming raw footage into a final, polished video by using specialized software to cut, arrange, and combine clips. Key responsibilities include reviewing raw footage, adding and syncing audio and music, incorporating graphics and special effects, and collaborating with directors or clients to achieve the project's vision before the final deadline.

• Review and select footage: Go through raw footage to find the best shots that tell a story and arrange them into a cohesive sequence.
• Edit and assemble: Use editing software to cut, trim, and arrange video clips, ensuring the final product flows well and aligns with the project's goals.
• Incorporate multimedia: Add and synchronize audio, music, and sound effects, as well as graphics, text, and visual effects to enhance the video.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand their vision and incorporate feedback.
• Finalize and deliver: Make final edits based on feedback and present the finished product to clients or directors, ensuring it meets the deadline.
• Quality control: Watch the final cut to catch any errors or mistakes before submitting the project.
