  Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house design team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have experience creating visually appealing graphics, marketing creatives, social media content, and high-quality video edits. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams to deliver engaging digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design
  Create high-quality graphics for digital marketing, branding, websites, brochures, posters, ads, social media, and presentations.
  Design visually consistent creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
  Work on UI/UX components (optional but an advantage).
  Develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphic elements.
  
  Video Editing
  Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, promotional content, explainers, tutorials, and product videos.
  Add animations, transitions, sound effects, and color correction.
  Create motion graphics using tools like After Effects.
  Maintain a clear and organized asset library for video and design projects.
  Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand requirements.
  Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
  
  Required Skills
  Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or Canva.
  Strong video editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
  Ability to create motion graphics and animations.
  Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  Experience designing content for social media, branding campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand identity.
  Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  
  Added Advantage (Good to Have)
  Experience in UI/UX design (Figma). Illustration or digital art skills.
  Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D) is a plus.
  Experience in photography or videography.
  Ability to handle end-to-end creative processes independently.
