Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Editor with experience in the real estate industry to create visually compelling marketing materials and ensure high-quality editorial content. The ideal candidate understands real estate branding, property marketing, and lead-generation design strategies. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and supporting our sales and marketing campaigns through creative visuals and polished content.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (Real Estate Focus)
- Design visually appealing property brochures, flyers, banners, signage, hoardings, and ad creatives.
- Create engaging social media graphics for property listings, project launches, virtual tours, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop branding elements for real estate projects including logos, color palettes, floor plan designs, and project identity materials.
- Produce layouts for websites, landing pages, property presentations, and client proposals.
- Enhance property images (retouching, color correction, sky replacement, etc.) for marketing use.
- Work with the sales team to convert project details into attractive marketing visuals.
Editorial & Content Production
- Edit and proofread content related to property listings, brochures, website copy, blogs, newsletters, and marketing scripts.
- Structure content to effectively communicate USPs, amenities, pricing, and location advantages.
- Write or refine copy for advertisements, campaigns, and social media captions.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all real estate materials.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with real estate agents, project managers, architects, and the marketing team for accurate project details.
- Manage multiple design projects for different properties or campaigns simultaneously.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of real estate visual marketing, layout design, and architectural aesthetics.
- Experience with property photo editing, 3D render enhancement, or video walk-through editing (preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing formats: social media ads, web banners, newsletters, etc.
Editing & Content Skills
- Excellent command of English for editing, proofreading, and rewriting.
- Ability to simplify and present real estate information clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly content for property listings is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Creativity with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines during project launches.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within real estate industry.
- A portfolio showcasing real estate or property marketing design work is required.
