Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can jump seamlessly between graphic design projects and high-impact video editing. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital assets that drive engagement across social media, web, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Design high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and presentation decks.
• Video Production: Edit short-form and long-form video content (Ads, Reels, TikToks, Brand Stories) with a focus on pacing, narrative, and sound design.
• Motion Graphics: Incorporate basic to intermediate motion graphics and typography animations to elevate video content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of current design trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts and translate briefs into finished products.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive project files, raw footage, and final exports efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in a design/video role (agency or in-house).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Video: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and video compression/export standards for various platforms.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both static design work and video editing/motion skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Figma or UI/UX principles.
• Experience with color grading (DaVinci Resolve) or sound mixing.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and take constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
