Multimedia Content Creator & Brand Designer (Dental Healthcare)

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Multimedia Content Creator to lead our clinic’s visual identity and digital presence. The ideal candidate is a "one-person production house" capable of capturing high-quality photo and video content, editing with precision, and designing impactful marketing materials that resonate with a premium audience. You will be responsible for the "look and feel" of our brand across all touchpoints, ensuring our clinic remains a leader in the Dubai dental market.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Lead on-site videography and photography sessions, including clinical procedures, clinic lifestyle shots, and professional patient testimonials.
• Post-Production: Edit high-end video content for social media (Reels/TikTok) and websites, including color grading and advanced voice/audio correction for crystal-clear interviews.
• Graphic Design: Design all brand collateral, including digital ads, physical brochures, clinic posters, and educational social media carousels.
• Brand Management: Maintain a consistent aesthetic, tone, and "theme" across the website, social media platforms, and print publications.
• Storytelling: Interview patients to capture authentic testimonials that build trust and showcase our "Hollywood Smile" transformations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert Software Knowledge: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop (for retouching and layout) and Adobe Premiere Pro (for cinematic video editing).
• Audio Expertise: Proficiency in voice correction and audio enhancement software to ensure professional-grade sound in all videos.
• Visual Artistry: Strong eye for composition, lighting, and modern typography suited for a luxury healthcare brand.
• Technical Gear: Experience operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting rigs, and stabilizers/gimbals.
• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of current trends and specs for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Technical Mastery & Equipment Expertise

The successful candidate must demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the professional "tools of the trade" required for high-end production:

• Camera Systems: Deep technical understanding of DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema cameras. Must be proficient in manual settings: aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and frame rates.
• Specialized Dental Photography: Knowledge of high-detail aesthetic dental photography.
• Lighting & Grip: Proficiency in setting up 3-point lighting for interviews and using modifiers (softboxes, diffusers, reflectors) to create a luxury, "clinical yet warm" aesthetic.
• Stabilization: Expert use of Gimbals (DJI RS series) and tripods to ensure smooth, cinematic "walk-through" footage of the clinic.
• Audio Hardware: Professional experience with microphones, shotgun mics, and external audio recorders to ensure flawless patient testimonial audio.
• Studio Maintenance: Responsible for the care, calibration, and organization of all clinic-owned production gear and storage systems
