Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can produce high-quality short-form and promotional videos and some Creatives for social media platforms and paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand trends, storytelling, and performance-based editing.

Key Responsibilities / Social Media Reels Editing

• Instagram & Facebook Reels editing
• Fast-paced engaging cuts
• Trend-based transitions & effects
• Hook-focused first 3 seconds

Ad Video Editing

• Lead generation ad creatives
• Scroll-stopping hooks
• CTA integration
• A/B creative variations

Branding & Storytelling

• Maintain brand tone & style
• Motion graphics & text animations
• Background music sync
• Subtitles & captions formatting

Optimization

• Platform-wise aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• High-resolution export
• Quick turnaround time

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects

OR CapCut Pro

• Basic motion graphics knowledge
• Sound design & transitions
• Understanding of Design and viral content format

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years experience
• Portfolio with reels & ad creatives
• Experience editing for brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
