We’re expanding our creative family and looking for a Graphic Designer/ Video Editor who can visually translate our essence of minimal, mystical, and meaningful — into compelling short-form video/stories for social media.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing Reels/carousals/posts that bring Everly White’s products, philosophy, and stories to life. This is not just about trending content, but rather about creating emotion. We want someone who feels rhythm, aesthetics, and narrative intuitively.

We’re seeking a creative professional who can:

• Design visually striking and meaningful brand assets
• Create engaging social media creatives
• Edit high-quality videos for reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Use AI tools strategically to enhance workflow and concept development
• Maintain strong visual consistency across platforms

We want someone who understands why a design works.

Key Responsibilities

• Design posters, banners, and marketing creatives
• Develop high-impact social media posts
• Edit reels, promotional videos, and campaign content
• Perform photo editing and manipulation
• Apply strong typography, layout, and composition principles
• Use AI tools for brainstorming, mockups, and creative enhancement
• Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Understanding of Instagram’s algorithm and what drives engagement.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Guwahati. (mandatory)

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with AI design tools: Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT

• Motion graphics basics

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social creatives, and video editing work

Pay

8k - 13k (4 months) [Pay review post probation depending on skillsets]
