Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor (1 Year Experience)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of handling both graphic design and video production for digital platforms.

Responsibilities Video Production & Editing

• Shoot high-quality videos for ads, social media, events, and promotions
• Edit videos for Reels, YouTube, Ads, and brand content
• Add transitions, effects, text animations, color grading, and sound design
• Plan shots, angles, lighting, and framing for best output
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual campaigns

Graphic Designing

• Design creative posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
• Design ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Develop brand creatives including logos, brand kits, and visual identity elements
• Create thumbnails, cover images, and promotional graphics
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print materials
• Adapt designs based on platform requirements and campaign goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Good knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio
• Understanding of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Stories)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics and basic animation
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content styles
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus
