Job summary
We’re looking for a talented, versatile Graphic Designer + Video Editor to create high-quality visual and video content across marketing, social media, product, and internal channels. This hybrid role blends strong visual design skills with modern video production and editing experience to deliver on-brand assets that drive engagement and conversion. Key responsibilities Graphic design
- Create visual assets for digital and print: social posts, banners, email templates, web assets, presentations, brochures, and packaging.
- Design within and enforce brand guidelines; adapt templates for campaigns and channels.
- Produce layouts and mockups for landing pages, ads, and product collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for print production.
- Work with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
Video production & editing
- Edit short- and long-form video for social (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), web, ads, and corporate use.
- Assemble footage, cut spins, mix audio, color-grade, add motion graphics and captions/subtitles.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations (kinetic typography, social-friendly transitions).
- Optimize videos for platform-specific specs and performance (file sizes, codecs, aspect ratios).
- Implement feedback loops and perform A/B style iterations to improve engagement metrics.
Collaboration, process & reporting
- Manage project timelines, versioning, and asset libraries; keep files organized and accessible.
- Present concepts and revisions to stakeholders; incorporate feedback quickly and professionally.
- Track creative performance (engagement, CTR, view-through) and suggest creative optimizations.
- Mentor juniors or coordinate with freelance talent when required.
Required
- 2+ years of professional experience combining graphic design and video editing (or equivalent portfolio).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and edited videos (provide link with application).
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools such as Figma, Affinity, DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid understanding of social-first video formats and platform constraints (IG/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn).
- Basic motion-graphics and animation skills (keyframes, easing, simple expressions).
- Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and incorporate feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with 3D assets or tools (Blender, Cinema4D) or UI/UX design basics (Figma).
- Knowledge of audio editing (Audition, Audacity) and sound design basics.
- Familiarity with design automation or AI-assisted creative tools (Midjourney, generative tools) and best practices.
- Experience producing motion templates and reusable social kits.
Tools & tech we expect you to know
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- DaVinci Resolve (optional), Figma or Sketch (optional)
- Asset/storage/version tools: Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, Frame.io or similar
- Basic understanding of codecs, formats, and export settings for web and social platforms.
What success looks like (measurements & outcomes)
- On-time delivery of campaign assets with fewer than X rounds of revisions (define X).
- Measurable lift in engagement metrics for creative-led campaigns (e.g., +% CTR, +% watch completion).
- Consistent visual quality and brand adherence across channels.
- Reusable templates that reduce production time by Y% (define Y if tracking).
Experience & education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience (optional).
- 2+ years working in in-house marketing, agency, startup, or freelance environments.
Portfolio requirement & application instructions
