Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

Teamwork Communications Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, expertise in design and video editing tools, and the ability to create engaging multimedia content for digital platforms, campaigns, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging video content including editing, motion graphics, reels, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop graphics for presentations, event collaterals, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and digital formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Creative thinking with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a PR agency, marketing agency, or media environment.
• Basic animation or motion design knowledge.
• Photography or videography experience is a plus.
