Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as:
- Project brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters
- Hoardings, site banners, signage boards
- Newspaper ads, magazine ads, and outdoor creatives
- Create digital creatives for:
- Social media posts, stories, reels, thumbnails
- Website banners and landing page visuals
- Emailers and WhatsApp marketing creatives
- Develop corporate materials:
- Company profile, pitch decks, presentations
- Internal posters, safety boards, SOP visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and site teams for design requirements.
Video Editing Responsibilities
- Edit promotional and branding videos for:
- Construction progress updates
- Project walkthroughs and flythroughs
- Client testimonials and corporate videos
- Create short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and background music.
- Perform basic color correction, sound syncing, and video optimization.
- Manage raw footage, archives, and final video outputs.
Site Coordination (as applicable)
- Visit project sites to capture photos and videos.
- Coordinate with engineers/site staff for planned shoots.
- Ensure safety compliance during site photography and videography.
Software & Tools
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of drone footage editing is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Understanding of construction, real estate, or infrastructure branding
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
Experience
- 0–2 Years – Junior / Fresher (with strong portfolio)
- 2–5 Years – Mid-level (construction/real estate experience preferred)
- 5+ Years – Senior role with branding and campaign ownership
