Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

This is a hybrid creative role involving:

  • Social media creatives
  • Brand design
  • Marketing collaterals
  • Short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Basic motion graphics

You will work closely with our Social Media Managers, Strategists, and Leadership team.

This is not just about making things look good.
It’s about making things communicate clearly and powerfully.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Create brand identity elements (logos, typography systems, visual language)
  • Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, menus, pitch decks)
  • Develop visual consistency across multiple client accounts
  • Prepare print-ready files when required

Video Editing

  • Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos
  • Add subtitles, transitions, overlays, and motion elements
  • Work with raw footage and structure it into engaging narratives
  • Sync video with trending audio or brand-specific voiceovers
  • Basic color correction and sound balancing

Creative Strategy Alignment

  • Understand the brief before execution
  • Collaborate with content team to align visuals with messaging
  • Maintain brand tone and identity
  • Deliver projects within deadlines
  • Suggest creative improvements proactively

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to edit short-form videos professionally
  • Strong English comprehension (for understanding briefs and captions)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics)
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Understanding of branding systems (not just random designs)
  • Knowledge of Canva (for quick-turn projects)
  • Experience in agency environment
  • Familiarity with social media formats & trends
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools

Internship Structure (6 Months)

Phase 1 (Months 1–2): Learning tools, observing workflows
Phase 2 (Months 3–4): Assisted execution with supervision
Phase 3 (Months 5–6): Independent project ownership

Outstanding interns may transition into full-time roles.
