We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring the ODE brand to life through engaging and emotive video content. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to craft compelling stories that connect with audiences across digital and social platforms, events, and branded experiences. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Post-Production

 Edit professional-quality videos for various formats including social media, brand campaigns, product launches, testimonials, and promotional events.

 Craft impactful video narratives using raw footage, motion graphics, music, and sound design.

 Ensure final outputs are polished, emotionally resonant, and aligned with the brand tone and aesthetics. Collaboration & Creative Input  Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video strategies.

 Translate creative briefs into effective visual storytelling formats for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, LinkedIn, and more.

 Provide creative input on storyboarding, visual mood, and content direction. Visual Consistency & Brand Alignment  Maintain consistent brand language across all visual outputs.

 Use animation, titles, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.

 Adapt content into multiple resolutions and aspect ratios for diverse platforms. Asset Management & Workflow Optimization

 Organize and manage video files, raw footage, and digital assets efficiently.

 Maintain a streamlined post-production workflow and version control.

 Archive completed projects and maintain a professional asset library. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

 Stay up to date with emerging trends in video editing, wellness storytelling, and content formats.

 Experiment with new techniques, editing styles, and software features to elevate video content.

What We’re Looking For:

 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).

 Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

 Proficiency in color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.

 Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm.

 Familiarity with content creation for social media and short-form formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

 Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
