Graphic Designer & Video Editor

P&O International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to manage visual content across digital platforms. The role involves designing engaging creatives and editing impactful videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. Freshers with strong creative skills and experienced professionals with hands-on editing experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and ads
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ads, testimonials)
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
• Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams for content planning
• Optimize designs and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp
• Edit patient stories, awareness videos, and promotional content
• Manage basic photography edits and thumbnails

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
• Freshers: Strong portfolio and willingness to learn
• Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of After Effects / CapCut / Canva is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media trends and formats
