Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This is a hybrid role — you’ll be designing graphics and editing video, often for the same project. You’ll work across multiple client accounts, producing social media content, marketing materials, animations, and branded visuals.

The role is full-time, based in Dubai, and reports to the Account Director.

What You’ll Do

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and stories
• Cut event footage into social-ready highlights
• Add subtitles, motion text, transitions, and sound design
• Produce long-form videos (brand films, recaps, interviews) when needed
• Color grading and audio mixing

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create animated social posts, logo animations, and explainer pieces
• Build motion graphics templates for repeat use
• Design simple 2D animations to support storytelling

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, and stories
• Create marketing collateral (presentations, banners, infographics)
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual output
• Adapt designs across formats (square, vertical, horizontal, print)

Workflow

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work to tight deadlines including same-day turnarounds
• Collaborate with the account and content teams on briefs
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3+ years experience in video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio with recent social-first work
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
• Speed without compromising quality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own workload
• Based in the UAE with valid visa or transferable status

Nice to Have

• Figma, Canva Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
• Cinema 4D or Blender basics
• Sound design and audio editing
• Photography and photo editing
• Arabic typography awareness
• Experience with corporate or government-affiliated brands

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
