Job Overview

Delta Design & Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, social media content creation, and professional video editing. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visually appealing branding assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, infographics, and promotional creatives.
• Edit professional promotional videos, corporate videos, reels, and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and background music to videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all creative work meets quality standards before publication.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

Graphic Design

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Figma

Video Editing

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
• CapCut or similar professional editing software

AI Tools

Candidates should be familiar with AI-powered creative tools such as:

• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPT
• Midjourney
• Canva AI
• Other AI image generation and design assistance tools

Preferred Skills

• Strong typography, color theory, and layout design knowledge.
• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
