Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging marketing materials, creating social media content, editing promotional videos, and producing high-quality visual content to promote our courses and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create branding materials for digital and print media.
• Edit promotional videos, course introductions, reels, and event highlights.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for institute activities and events.
• Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media content creation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
