Role: Graphic Designer + Video Editor

Location - Gurgaon


Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact static and motion creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other performance channels.
  • Edit short-form and mid-form videos optimized for conversion (hooks, first 3 seconds, CTAs, retention).
  • Continuously iterate creatives based on performance insights (A/B testing, creative fatigue, audience response).
  • Adapt creatives quickly for multiple formats, ratios, and placements.
  • Translate performance briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to understand funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF) and create tailored creatives accordingly.
  • Balance aggressive performance messaging with consistent brand tonality and visual identity.
  • Proactively propose new creative angles, formats, and storytelling approaches to improve results.
  • Develop visually stunning designs for various digital platforms including web banners, social media posts, ads and e-commerce banners
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience
  • Utilize advanced features and techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines across all projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets while meeting quality standards


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma and strong command over relevant softwares related to Graphic Design, Visual Arts etc
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on web banners, social media posts, and e-commerce banners
  • Knowledge of 3D software Blender and AI Tools is a plus
  • Experience in still/video shoots will be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design work under tight deadlines
