Graphic designer (with AI & Video editing skills)

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging reel thumbnails and marketing ad creatives optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.

Maintain consistent visual identity across all designs.

Use AI-powered tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) for ideation or content generation.

Create animated elements and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

Basic to intermediate video editing (bonus skill, not mandatory).

Deliver high-quality design assets daily, with a focus on speed and creativity.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, etc.

Familiarity with AI tools for creative design (e.g., generative AI for visuals or text).

Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to work fast.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

Prior experience in educational, edtech, or consultancy marketing.
