Graphic Designer with Marketing Background

Location: On-site, South Hackensack. NJ

Overview

A1 Tablecloth Company is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong marketing background to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling. You will be responsible for designing compelling digital and print assets, managing website content, and supporting marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Product Photography and Video Production skills a plus. Collaboration across departments and a keen eye for brand consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and web campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools.
  • Ensure all designs are brand-consistent and optimized for their respective platforms.
  • Develop visual concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.

Website & Digital Content

  • Manage and update website content using WordPress.
  • Optimize web design for user experience and lead generation.

Photography & Video Production

  • Stylize and execute product photography and editing for website and marketing materials.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos for campaigns, social media, and training.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

E-Mail Marketing

  • Design and execution of email campaigns using HubSpot (preferably) or Mailchimp.

Project & Time Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized file systems and workflows for collaboration and version control.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with Canva and WordPress.
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferably) or Mailchimp.
  • Strong product photography and video editing skills.

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
