Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with videography expertise to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, digital ads, and brand assets, while leveraging strong videography skills to enhance the design process. This role demands a deep understanding of graphic design, branding, and the use of AI tools for efficient design and creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create branded content and visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials, such as social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads.
• Design interactive and visually engaging graphics that align with the company’s visual identity and real estate market trends.
• Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers and the marketing team to produce seamless integration between video and design content.
• Use AI tools (e.g., DALL-E, Adobe Sensei, etc.) to streamline and enhance the creative process.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, branding strategies, and AI tools relevant to real estate marketing.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in branding.
• Strong videography skills (experience with video creation, editing, and collaboration with videographers).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong command of AI design tools (e.g., DALL-E, Adobe Sensei, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Ability to lead branding projects, with a solid understanding of visual identity and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and buyer psychology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
