Graphic Designer/Customer Service/Delivery (South Side Pittsburgh PA)

Minuteman Press, the world's largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking a candidate for Print Shop Assistant/Entry Level Graphic Designer at its Pittsburgh South Side location.

The position involves customer service, light print production, deliveries, and occasional graphic design. This is the perfect position for someone with a lot of energy looking for a fast-paced day that's always different! This position will mainly include production, deliveries, and customer service, but occasionally graphic design skills will be utilized when setting up print jobs. A candidate with more experience in graphic design may be considered for higher pay.

Duties of the candidate may include:

• Light Production: processing mailers, binding books, folding brochures, laminating, padding notepads, folding checks, etc. (with onsite training)
• Operating basic equipment (with onsite training) like postage machine, laminator, envelope printer, etc.
• Customer service: answering the phone and using email to communicate with customers about projects and inquiries
• Delivery to businesses and Post Office
• Lifting packages up to 50 pounds
• Preparing/packaging and shipping completed jobs
• Organize packages and deliver to customers
• Graphic design: set up jobs like business cards in Adobe Illustrator to prepare for print.
