Graphic Designer/Digital Print Specialist

We are looking for a well-rounded Graphic Designer with hands-on print industry experience who thrives in a collaborative, production-driven environment. This is a dynamic role where design meets execution. It is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision.

What You Will Do:

• Design and prepare files for digital and large-format print production
• Set up print-ready files with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate and manage digital printing equipment. Konica Minolta or Xerox experience is a plus
• Coordinate file distribution to dealer networks
• Assist with production, finishing, and bindery
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients
• Work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and at high quality

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in digital printing and production workflow
• Understanding of file setup, bleeds, color profiles, and print specifications
• PC proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Prior experience in a print shop or production environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
