Job Summary

This position must be done at our location. This is NOT a job that can be done remote some flexibility in schedule. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to create compelling content across various social media channels.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize tools for social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Perform proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for use in social media posts.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google tools and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and editing.
• Experience in photography and video editing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles with a focus on e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage in relationship management with clients, influencers, and team members.
• Familiarity with social listening tools to track engagement metrics.
• A passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
